Care instructions
We are designers of many different products which use different base materials. For that reason you will find unique care instructions of the different product lines we design and produce within the product item on this site. Care instructions also accompany each product despatched. If you are unsure about anything, drop us a line and we will provide you with a response. The one commonality for all our products though is to care for them:)

Shipping & delivery
We ship orders within Australia via our friends at Australia Post.
To make it easier for everyone postage is free for all orders within Australia We want to get your goods to you as soon as possible by dispatching within 3 working days. Generally orders will be received within 3-10 working days depending on your location. If you need something in a hurry please email us and we will do our best to meet your request. For payment we accept paypal, or credit card via our secure facilities.

Privacy & security
We at PrintSmith are committed to protecting the privacy of our fantastic customers. We are shoppers on the internet ourselves, so we know a thing or two about respecting information that comes our way. We will not reveal your personal information to external organizations for marketing or data mining purposes. Your information will only be shared with organisations that are involved in getting your fantastic products to you such as couriers or postal facilities.
The personal information we collect is primarily for the purpose of getting your goods to you. We are transparent about the information we need to do this and only ask for the bare essentials. We may also use your details so that we can:
• update you on our latest products, news and special offers (unless you tell us not to – which you can do at any time); and
• conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks if the need arises (this is done only to confirm your identity – a credit check is not performed and your credit rating is unaffected).

Returns & replacements
We inspect all our products before shipping to ensure they arrive to you with our seal of approval. We want you to be happy with what you receive so if for any reason your item is damaged or faulty we will provide a full refund, credit or exchange – just make sure you notify us within 5 days. Please understand though that we can only refund items that are unused and with packaging intact. When emailing us about your return please make sure that you include your name, address, telephone number, order number, and e-mail address. We can only issue refunds via paypal or your bank account.
